Orders
1. You can order online from our secure website or you can call us toll free 1-877-658-2851 between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, Monday thru Friday. If you get our voicemail, please leave your name, number, and brief message. Your call will be returned.
2. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, personal checks(U.S. banks only), and U.S. Postal money orders. No COD. You can order directly on our web site using your Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
We also accept . Through Paypal you can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and E-Check. NOTE: Paypal has just made shopping even easier. You do not have to be a member of Paypal to use Paypal. Joining Paypal is now optional. To pay by using Paypal, when you check out make sure you select "email me-Paypal invoice". When we get your order, we will email you a Paypal invoice requesting payment. Just follow the link and directions in the invoice. It is just that easy.
3. We have an order verification policy in which all orders are inspected for accuracy. Your receipt will have who processed and verified your order.
4. If you order using a credit card, by phone or online, you will be required to give the CVC number which is the 3 digit number (4 digits for American Express) on the back of your credit card that is right after your account number on the signature box. This is to help cut down on fraud. We cannot process your credit card order without the CVC number.
5. Orders over $100 will be shipped with signature confirmation on the packages.
6. All personal checks and money orders will have to clear the bank before we ship any items. This usually takes about seven days.
7. We are required to charge sales tax to Tennessee residents. Since we are shipping from Crockett Co., the tax rate we must charge is 9.75%.
8. We reserve the right to refuse an order to anyone without prejudice.
Shipping
1. We will ship most orders within one week, but if we are out of stock, it will take longer. If this is the case, we will contact you via email and you can choose to cancel the order or wait until we have the items in stock.
If you order any unfinished eggs that require cutting, it will take at least two weeks before we can get your order shipped.
2. We ship all of our U.S.A. orders via USPS Priority Mail. Internationl orders are shipped best method/rate possible.
3. In order to protect you, we only ship credit card orders to the cardholders billing address.
4. International orders will be charged shipping based on country and weight of package. The below shipping estimates and the shipping estimates in our shopping cart do not apply to international orders.
5. Because of the variety of products we provide, the shipping cost quoted by our shopping cart is ONLY an estimate for U.S. customers. Most of the time your costs will be less, but you are guaranteed that your shipping cost will not exceed the estimate quoted. If your actual costs are less, we will notify you by email.

Returns
1. All returns must have prior authorization.
2. Any refused orders will be charged return shipping and delivery fees.
3. Any items that have been personalized can not be returned.
4. If an order was damaged during shipping, we must be notified within 48 hours of order delivery. Do not discard the damaged merchandise or the packaging materials. Please call us toll free 1-877-658-2851 to arrange an exchange or refund.
5. Once you have received your product, if you change your mind about keeping the product, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to let us know. Please call us toll free 1-877-658-2851 before the end of the 14 day period to inform us that you want to return the product. When we have received the product back without damage, we will refund you the amount of the product. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you wait longer than the 14 days to let us know that you want to return the product, a refund will not be issued.
Privacy
We will not give or sell your private information to anyone for any reason. We value you as a customer. Our online ordering system is safe and secure using SSL.
Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, you will receive an email newsletter no more than twice a month. When published, the email newsletter will be sent on the second Tuesday and/or last Tuesday of the month. You can unsubscribe at any time, and each newsletter will provide a method to unsubscribe if you wish to do so.
